We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item.
Goods sold are non-refundable, unless fault occurs upon arrival. We quality check every piece before it is shipped out but, there is always human error. If this happens to you, please let us know! We do not offer full returns at this time - however, if a shirt doesn't fit we would be happy to exchange it with a different sized garment once your original has been returned. All items must be returned within 20 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

Most orders will ship out within 2 to 10 business days of your order. We do not ship on Canadian holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, HWBP cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
HWBP is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.
